Legacy Village Supports the Bay Area Food Bank
Legacy Village at Spring Hill is supporting The Bay Area Food Bank in taking action to fight domestic hunger! The shopping center is hosting a week long (Saturday, September 18 through Friday, September 24) canned food and non-perishable items food drive. Anyone dropping off 5 or more items will be eligible to register to win one of three $100 gift certificates to any merchant in Legacy Village at Spring Hill. To register for the drawing, you must drop off 5 or more items at one of the participating merchants – Castles & Crowns, Coldwater Creek, Francesca’s, Fusion Spa & Salon, Rhumor, or Zoe’s Kitchen.
The Bay Area Food Bank serves a 24-county area spanning 20,000 square miles in south Mississippi, south Alabama and the panhandle of Florida. In 2009, Bay Area Food Bank distributed nearly 12 million pounds of food to more than 550 member agencies throughout its service.
